fulfilling Oregon state's requirements to become a Licensed Psilocybin Service Facilitator.

This program meets and exceeds minimum state requirements, which include 120 hours of core teaching hours
and 40 hours of supervised in person practicum.
Our curriculum is taught by a team of experienced practitioners,
and guest presenters who provide additional expertise.
Our in-person practicum takes place at our beautiful Eugene Oregon campus
Our accelerated program allows students who have prior experience to complete the program requirements quicker.
Qualified practioners may be eligible to recieve up to 40% of the total number of core training hours

We offer our 120-hour core training for a reduced tuition rate,
making it available to remote students through our Virtual Training Program.
This program is ideal for Oregon residents and out-of-state students who cannot
travel for in-person coursework.
The distance education training prepares students to become Oregon-licensed

Throughout the program students will login to the classroom and complete self directed work. Weekly assignments include:
Assigned Readings: Readings are currated from our college textbooks, research studies, scientific journals, topic specific books, and a variety of additional sources.
Homework Assignments: Some assignments include creating a social equity plan, reflection papers and short essay assignments.

To enroll in the Oregon Psilocybin Facilitator Education training program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Dr. Darron Smith is a distinguished educator, speaker, and thought leader with a remarkable portfolio of accomplishments.
He serves as a Professor in the University of Washington's Physician Assistant Program, where he shares his expertise
and passion for advancing medical education.
Dr. Smith is a renowned speaker, having presented at prestigious events such as the Cambridge Health Alliance
Harvard Medical School Conference on Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy and the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Global Summit.
His influential work in the field of psychedelic studies has earned him recognition as a featured thought leader by the
Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), where he also received formal training.
Jenna Kluwe is an accomplished mental health professional and trailblazer in the field of psychedelic therapy,
dedicated to advancing accessible and transformative mental health care. She was previously the Executive Director of Fractal Soul,
a licensed psilocybin service center in Portland, Oregon, where she oversaw innovative programs, including Oregon's
first equity initiative designed to make psilocybin therapy accessible to low-income individuals.
Prior to her role at Fractal Soul, Jenna co-founded The Journey Service Center, one of Portland's
pioneering psilocybin therapy centers. She has held a prior License as a Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of
experience specializing in trauma, as well as the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and bipolar
disorder using psilocybin-assisted therapy. Jenna has also been trained extensively in evidence-based modalities,
including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy, making her highly
effective in addressing conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
A sought-after speaker at distinguished conferences such as PsyCon in Las Vegas and Portland,
Jenna blends her clinical expertise with her personal passion for psychedelic healing. Her work reflects a
profound commitment to helping individuals integrate psychedelic experiences into their broader mental health journey,
particularly those navigating the challenges of BPD and trauma. Through her leadership and advocacy,
Jenna continues to push the boundaries of mental health care and expand access to innovative therapies.
Esteban Orozco is a highly respected educator, facilitator, and advocate in the field of psychedelic therapy and
decolonized healing practices. He previously served as a Lead Educator at Naropa University’s Psilocybin Facilitator Training (PFT)
Program, where he guided future facilitators through comprehensive training on topics such as safety, ethics, trauma healing,
and cultural humility. Currently, he works as an instructor at the Usona Institute,
continuing his dedication to advancing psychedelic education and integration practices.
Esteban is the co-founder of Psychedelic Legacy, a groundbreaking conference aimed at fostering
decolonized approaches to psychedelic therapy and amplifying BIPOC participation in the field.
He has also been deeply involved in community initiatives, serving as a project manager for the
Portland Psychedelic Society and as an organizer for Berkeley’s successful psychedelic decriminalization efforts.
In addition to his teaching and advocacy, Esteban brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his work.
As a volunteer for the Fireside Project, he supported individuals navigating challenging psychedelic
experiences and integrating past journeys. His mentorship through Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP)
has further demonstrated his commitment to guiding the next generation of leaders in the psychedelic space.
Rooted in spiritual practices, Esteban draws inspiration from Theravada Buddhism and indigenous traditions,
shaped by a six-month spiritual trek in Thailand and his involvement with the East Bay Meditation Center.
Through his teaching, organizing, and advocacy, Esteban remains at the forefront of efforts to create inclusive,
trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approaches to psychedelic healing.
Laurel Younis is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, seasoned expert, advocate, and visionary leader in the field of psychedelic education and facilitation.
As the founder of Emerald Valley Institute, she has dedicated her career to promoting equity, accessibility, and diversity in
psilocybin training and psilocybin services. With over 20 years of experience working with psychedelics, Laurel blends academic
excellence and hands-on experience with a deep commitment to transformative healing.
An accomplished scholar and author, Laurel wrote a foundational textbook for Oregon’s psilocybin facilitation program and is currently
completing her Ph.D. in Transpersonal Counseling. Her work reflects a sophisticated understanding of both the academic and practical
dimensions of psychedelic therapy, offering innovative approaches to training and facilitation.
Laurel holds an MBA, which she uses to break down financial barriers to training programs and create affordable, accessible,
and inclusive psilocybin services for students. Her business acumen, combined with her passion for community advocacy, ensures
that high-quality education and psilocybin services are available to individuals from all walks of life.
As a native Oregonian, Laurel is deeply invested in fostering inclusive, equitable systems that empower individuals on their healing journeys.

Dr. Mary Jane (MJ) Wilt, Ph.D., LMFT, LPC, NCC, is a highly accomplished therapist, educator, and pioneer in the field of
psychedelic-assisted therapy. As the founder and owner of Tryptonite Trail, a licensed psilocybin service center in Portland, Oregon,
MJ combines over 15 years of experience in counseling, curriculum development, and facilitation with a passion for holistic healing
and transformative care.
Holding a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, MJ is a board-certified and licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma,
family systems, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Her extensive credentials include certifications in EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy,
and MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy, reflecting her deep clinical expertise in trauma-informed approaches. She has also founded and teaches
workshops for psychotherapists and somatic practitioners, offering NBCC-approved Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Shelah Wind-Smith is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator and the founder of Ripple Care, offering compassionate and inclusive
support for individuals seeking healing and transformation through psychedelic journeys. With over 30 years of personal exploration
in the transformative power of psychedelics, Shelah brings a wealth of lived experience and reverence for the sacred traditions and
scientific insights surrounding psilocybin.
With a background in nursing and hospice care, Shelah combines her deep understanding of life transitions with a holistic,
scientific, ceremonial, and indigenous-honoring approach to facilitation. She is passionate about creating safe and loving spaces

Kharma Lindsey is an Integration Guide and Circle Facilitator with over a decade of experience
in plant medicine facilitation. She has worked with Mindbloom in the ketamine paradigm for the past two years,
focusing on end-of-life care, spiritual exploration, and healing the mind-body-spirit connection.
Kharma holds a B.S. in Clinical Psychology and is currently completing her M.S. in the same field. As a certified life coach, educator,
and presenter, she has been featured nationally and internationally,
sharing insights on the healing effects of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Her practice integrates Earthways shamanic traditions from North and South America with Western psychology,
embodying the philosophy: "We partner with the Medicine. We are active participants in our healing,
and they are our allies. We must remain committed to the process of integration long after the ceremony to create lasting shifts.

The Eugene Oregon School Campus is our hub for Psilocybin training and education. Our students come to campus
for their in person practicum the for their three weekend intensives to gain hands-on training in a professional
and supportive environment tailored to enhancing their skills
and confidence. Our Eugene campus offers students the opportunity to work with our expert instructors,
and complete their practicum in compliance with Oregon's Psilocybin Facilitator licensure regulations.
Students will engage in a variety of training modules, including client intake, session preparation,
alternative state of consciousness session facilitation, and post-session integration.

We are proud to offer personalized practicum opportunities at our Service Center auxiliary school campuses.
Under the mentorship of licensed psilocybin facilitators and service center workers, students can shadow professionals,
participate in psilocybin sessions, and tailor their practicum experience to
meet their unique goals and interests. Students can complete part or all of their practicum
requirements at our auxillary service center campuses or seek direct mentorship after earning their certificate,
they will receive valuable hands-on training.
Students completing their 40-hour in-person practicum will gain comprehensive training in client
intake and screening, session preparation, psilocybin session facilitation,
and post-session integration. Additionally,
they will develop practical skills in service center operations,
understand the legal framework surrounding psilocybin in Oregon, and gain the expertise needed to become licensed facilitators.

offers students an intimate and personalized setting for their practicum experience.
Under the mentorship of Dr. MaryJane Wilt, PhD, LMFT, LPC, NCC—a licensed psilocybin
facilitator and seasoned psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience—students will engage in comprehensive,
hands-on training.
